Our customer wanted to know more about all of their clients, to understand why some were not making their payments on time. Because they had so many clients, it was difficult for the vendor to individually monitor each one on their own.
Our Risk-as-a-Service Solution analyzed information across open source, private, and corporate sources related to each individual client. We found some postings of employees of one specific company complaining about not getting paid on time. Analysis of another company showed indication that checks they had issued were bouncing. Finding out this information proactively allowed our customer to take action to limit their financial losses from these companies.
